Wir sind eine traditionsbewusste Fleischerei, die sich auf Bio-Produkte spezialisiert hat. Das Fleisch, das am Betrieb zu hochwertigen Produkten verarbeitet wird, stammt aus unserer Region. Das Bio-Rindfleisch stammt unter anderem vom betriebseigenem Bio-Bauernhof. Wir achten auf kurze Transportwege und den artgerechten Umgang mit den Tieren. Regionalität wird bei uns groß geschrieben, denn nur stressfreies Fleisch machen unsere Produkte zu dem was sie sind: höchster unverwechselbarer Geschmack vereint mit sicherem Genuss. Unsere Vision ist es die Menschen zum Umdenken zu bewegen, weg von den Billigfleischangeboten und der Massentierhaltung hin zu mehr Qualitätsbewusstsein und Lebensqualität. Unsere Bio-Produkte erhalten Sie in Bio- und Bauernläden, sowie in der Gastronomie. In unserem Heimbetrieb in Windischgarsten erhalten Sie gerne auf Vorbestellung biologisch hochwertige Produkte.
