"In unsere Töpfe und auf die Teller kommen nur die besten Produkte. Im Gasthaus Seebauer wird alles selbst gemacht. Wir verzichten auf Fertigprodukte und produzieren unsere Gerichte nach alten Rezepten selbst. Von der Rindssuppe, den Semmelknödeln, unseren Nockerln, den herrlichen Torten bis hin zur Riesenbuchtel. In der hauseigenen Bio-Metzgerei produziert unser Fleischermeister Heinz Schmeissl Speck, Schinken und die verschiedensten Würste.Als Mitglied von Bio Austria sind uns Lebensmittel aus biologischer Landwirtschaft besonders wichtig. Wir verarbeiten nur das Fleisch unserer eigenen Bio-Tiere oder kaufen Bio-Fleisch von Bauern der Region. Auch sonst werden bei uns nur Bio-Lebensmittel verwendet. Salate, Gemüse, Gewürze, Öle, das Mehl und vieles mehr, kommen von regionalen Bio-Betrieben. Unser Bio-Suchan-Kaffee wird im Mühlviertel geröstet, Brot und Gebäck kommen aus dem Holzofen der Bio-Bäckerei Gragger aus Ansfelden.Seit 2014 werden wir auch vom renommierten Slow Food-Restaurantführer empfohlen.Damit keine Fehler passieren, kontrolliert uns die Bio-Kontrollstelle BIOS regelmäßig."
