Top Wanderung - ich habe sie umgekehrt und steigend gemacht - so bleibt der Höhepunkt bis am Schluss :-). Wer noch mag kann aufs Eggishorn selbst gehen und den phänomenalen Ausblick geniessen.

Eindrückliche und tolle Tour. Der Blockgrat macht viel Spaß, wenn man gerne kraxelt. Beim ersten See kann man runter bis direkt zum Gletscher. Habe es auch mal andersrum gemacht vom höchsten Punkt über den Grat und dann unten am Gletscher entlang zurück und durch den Tunnel. Auf die Weise kommen einem die Touries nur entgegen und man hat das Matterhorn immer im Blick.

This v.f. was loads of fun. The bridges were challenging and the end, where the v.f. winds around and over rock pillars, was very well designed. Our thanks to the designers for creating such an excellent route. It is very well protected and is not just for kids!

Die schönste Wandertour, um den Aletschgletscher zu bewundern. Aufgrund des Rückzugs auch dieses Gletschers ist man auf der Riederalp zum Beispiel gar nicht mehr am Gletscher. Am besten auch den Aussichtspunkt Platta mitnehmen, da von dort Sicht bis aufs Jungfraujoch gegeben ist! Nur der Weg zurück vom Tunnel der Gletscherstube bis zur Seilbahnstation ist etwas langweilig. Wer es interessanter möchte geht nicht durch den Tunnel sondern über dem Berg, dann ist auch der Rückweg schöner.

Echt beindruckende Wanderung. Die erste Hälfte der Strecke hat mehrere tolle Gletscheraussichten und ist ziemlich berglastig von der Wanderstecke her, die zweite Hälfte der Strecke ist jedoch ziemlich eben ("0815 Schotterhighway") und hat tolle Panoramaaussichten. Im Nachgang denke ich mir, dass es gelenkschonender und sicherer (Rutschgefahr bei Schnee/Eis) wäre die Strecke in ungekehrter richtung zu laufen und den Aufstieg zum Bettmerhorn zum Schluss zu machen.
