    Eine tolle Tour, die technisch einfach ist. Die Länge und die Höhenmeter sind aber durchaus nicht zu unterschätzen. Gute Schuhe schaden nicht. im ersten Abschnitt war es recht einsam, ab dem Sellajoch dann teilweise sehr voll. Auf den bekannten Strecken ist man in Südtirol halt selten allein.

    Grandiose Tour auf ca. 95 % Pfaden. Nur das letzte Stückchen ist ein Schotterweg. Das Panorama ist überall bombastisch. Auch wenn die Tour viel begangen wird, lohnt sie sich in jedem Fall. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

    Die Majestät des Sassolungo begleitet einen die ganze Strecke über. Wir sind die Tour in entgegengesetzte Richtung gegangen und sind am Passo Gadena gestartet. Der zweite Teil des Abstiegs nach Selva ist anspruchsvoll - eine recht steile steinige Piste. Auch der Aufstieg bis Plan de Gralba ist eine breite Schotterpiste. Ab da wird der Weg schmaler und schöner. Einkehr im Chalet Gerald ist unbedingt empfehlenswert - nicht nur wegen der grandiosen Aussicht auf den Sassolungo.

    bellissima ciclabile, percorso che non presenta difficoltà di dislivello, ma che va affrontato da chi è abituato a stare in sella 3h per l'andata e 3h x il ritorno. lungo il percorso punti di sosta lungo il torrente con parchi giochi, parchi avventura e aree realx su prati tagliati con panche e tavoli. unico passaggio un pò caotico assieme alle macchine è Moena.

    Bel giro che ti permette di arrivare alle pendici del Sassolungo passando per la stazione a monte dell’impianto di risalita Mont de Seura che parte da Santa Cristina passando per il Monte Pana. Tutta la prima parte è di salita nel bosco inizialmente asfaltata poi tutta pista forestale sterrata. Panorama bellissimo a 360 una volta arrivati in cima. Qualche tratto in discesa bello ripido e da fare con attenzione.

    Die "Glück/Demetz" ist eine schöne Route mit anspruchsvoller Wegfindung. Der untere (erste) Einstieg in der Westwand gehört zu einer anderen Route. Erst der zweite (gelbe Schlinge) ist der richtige. Wie im Text erwähnt sind die in der Literatur verfügbaren Topos (Bernardi, Rabanser) nicht frei von Widersprüchen und Unklarheiten. Die neue Abseilpiste ist komplett mit betonierten Haken eingerichtet und am Gipfel mit kleinen roten Pfeilen markiert. Ein 50m Seil reicht immer (gerade) aus.

    molto panoramico. suggerisco di evitare il primo pezzo andando a Pian di Campitello per la strada asfaltata. ora il sentiero che porta dal col rodella a Canazei è "chiuso" per lavori ovvero la strada è occupata da mezzi e non è in buona condizioni

    Gewaltige Tour! Anhand der Beschreibung kann man eine Vorstellung der Tour erhalten, für die Durchführung sind aber weitere Infos zur Wegfindung empfehlenswert. Die Weitläufigkeit der vielen Kanten, Wände, Querungen, Scharten, Kare macht die Orientierung schwierig, nur selten verblasste Markierungen, die Steinmänner sind nicht immer zuverlässig. Die Eisrinne existiert nicht mehr, hier wird mittlerweile auf dem linken Grat geklettert. Die Bahn zur Toni-Demetz-Hütte fährt 8.15-17.30 Uhr und kostet 25 € für Berg- bzw. 35 € für Berg-&Talfahrt. Der Wanderweg (1 1/4 Std.) ist aber auch sehr schön :)
