    Il percorso è stato effettuato partendo verso le 05.00 del mattino, dai pressi della stazione di Rapallo, in direzione di Santa Margherita Ligure. Giunti a S.M.L. si è proceduto a salire verso il monte di Portofino, attraverso sentieri vari, con direzione quella raffigurata sulla carta. L'equipaggiamento da me portato: -scarponi da trekking, tecnologia vibram e Goretex; -zaino da 45 litri circa; -ricambi intimi; -viveri; -coltello; -coperta d'emergenza contro situazioni estreme (non si sa mai); -telo anti pioggia, poncho; -giacca anti pioggia Decathlon (7€ circa); -maglione Decathlon (che non ho utilizzato); -piumino, giacca (che non ho usato); -bussola; -cappello, stile pescatore in rip-stop (utile per passare tra la vegetazione e non prendere i rovi in testa); Cosa avrei dovuto portare in aggiunta: -carta topografica scala 1:50.000 (sconsiglio vivamente di usare questa applicazione per orientarsi, l'elettronica ci abbandona, la carta se trattata a modo no); -teletoni scrauso da 20 euro in caso di emergenza -torcia potente; -torcia frontale; -fischietto (in caso di emergenza); -kit medico, con annessi strumenti per vesciche e varie emergenze; -machete (utile per passare attraverso alcuni punti, nel caso in cui si finisca fuori percorso); -corde varie (in caso di emergenza utili per creare un bivacco, con un po' di inventiva) -ranponcini anche quelli di Decathlon, in alcuni punti di scivola parecchio e sul fango tornerebbero utili; P.S. il percorso causa poca manutenzione dovuta al covid forse, non presenta sempre i sentieri segnati, perlomeno dalla parte che inizia a S.M.L., personalmente sono uscito dal percorso varie volte e se avessi avuto un MACHETE, l'avrei utilizzato volentieri per farmi strada tra gli arbusti (vedasi foto). Il percorso verso i 15/20 km, sempre partendo da SML diventa un po' particolare e complicato. Del resto è stato bellissimo, è stato terminato in 11 ore circa, sono arrivato alla fine verso le 16.30. Orario partenza 05.30, orario arrivo 16.30.
