One of the best-known tourist attractions in Malsch is Ettlingen Castle. This magnificent baroque castle was built in the 18th century and today houses a museum with an impressive collection of historical works of art from the region.

Another highlight for those interested in culture is the town church of St. Martinus, which is considered one of the most important sacred buildings in the whole of Baden-Württemberg due to its artistic fresco paintings.

For gourmets, Malsch offers some regional specialities such as the famous asparagus from the nearby Kraichgau region as well as delicious Baden wine from the surrounding vineyards.

In summer, visitors can enjoy numerous outdoor activities, including hiking or cycling through the picturesque landscape around Malsch or swimming in the nearby Weiherhof quarry pond.

    In Moosbronn bei der Kirche geparkt, größerer Parkplatz. Zum Mahlbergturm und auf zum Bernstein kürzere Anstiege auf schmalem Steig mit Buntsandsteinfelsen. Neben den zwei Höhepunkten immer wieder schöne Aussichten ins Murg- und Rheintal. Leider war der Himmel bedeckt (zeitweise Sprühregen), daher die Sicht beschränkt. Zum Schluß leider ca. 2 km Asphalt. Sehr sehnswert die Barockkirche Maria Hilf. Schlußeinkehr im Gasthof Mönchhof, empfehlenswert. Empfehlenswerte Tour im Nordschwarzwald

    Tolle Wanderung mit vielen interessanten Infos zur Gegend. Auch gut als Wanderung am späten Nachmittag geeignet, da der Weg immer noch in der Sonne liegt (Ausnahme im Moosalbtal). Um die „Antoniuskapelle“ zu sehen, ist ein kleiner Abstecher vom Weg erforderlich (Richtung Straße Freiholsheim nach Völkersbach, nicht eingezeichnet). Die Aussicht auf dem Plateau ist hervorragend (Bereich Alter Sportplatz/Flugplatz). Auch im weiteren Verlauf gibt es immer wieder tolle Weitblicke.

    Wir haben die Tour von Steinmauern aus gemacht. Nette Runde, gute Wegführung, Einkehrmögichkeiten. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, mit Niedermoor, Wiesen, Auenwald,Kunst am Weg. Nur die Strecke Malsch Durmersheim entlder Straße gefiel uns nicht so. Wenigstens gab es einen separaten Radweg.
