    Sehr schöne Rundwanderung auf abwechslungsreichen Wegen ab Vogelsang IP. Am Wochenende durchaus (sehr) voll, insbesondere am Ufer des Uftstausees kann es zu Konflikten zwischen (e-)Fahrradfahrern und Wanderern kommen. Für meinen Geschmack ist der Wegabschnitt ab Vogelsang IP zur Viktor-Neels-Brücke und weiter am Urftstausee bis zur Staumauer insgesamt zu breit & zu befestigt, die imposante Landschaft macht das aber wieder mehr als wett. Hinter der Staumauer beginnt für mich der schönere Wegabschnitt hinauf zur Dreiborner Hochfläche und den Wüstungen der beiden Dörfer Wollseifen und Vogelsang (das häufig vergessen wird). Das Parken auf dem Gelände von Vogelsang IP kostet aktuell 6 € pro Tag, 2 Ladesäulen für e-Autos sind vorhanden.

    Nach 5 Jahren nochmals die Eifelschleife Ahekapelle gegangen. Durch Nettersheim etwas irreführend und rauf bis zum Fossilienacker sehr belaufen. Aber dann wird es nur noch schön. Weitsicht und Ruhe. Alpakas, Highlander, Bänke. Genial

    Viiiiel Wald und eine traumhafte Ruhe. MMn sollte man früh losgehen. An Wegbelägen ist fast von allem was dabei. Hatte das Glück das auf dem Stück zwischen Brücke und Wildnistrail die Hirsche auf der anderen Seite der Urft im Wald rumgeröhrt haben.
