Nice tour, though my GPS device showed elevation gains of more than 700m, rather than the 491 advertised! It's mostly on quiet roads, though there is a reasonably long section on the D3 on the northern edge of the loop, which can be busy. Also there is one section on dirt and gravel descending from Gimbelhof that is not appropriate for road bikes. However this section can either be avoided or walked.
