Schröcken is our extensive hilltop settlement in grandiose mountain scenery. The village of Schröcken can be characterized as extremely varied in terms of landscape. Schröcken is a scattered settlement, divided into 9 parcels (= districts), settled on slopes and plateaus with widely scattered hamlets.
The community stretches from the district of Unterboden at 1,150 meters up to the natural jewel Körbersee at 1,660 meters above sea level.
