    Schöne Rundtour zur Enzianhütte über den Mareschsteig hoch und den Enziansteig retour. Wir sind am Wanderparkplatz am Enziansteig gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gestartet und hatten damit das Strassenstück am Anfang. Retour kommt man dann direkt vom Wald am Parkplatz raus, was gerade bei hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist. Wir hatten 13.4 km bei 686 Hm auf der Uhr ohne Verhauer oder Umwege. Auf der schönen ÖAV Hütte haben wir die Kulinarik genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für die schöne Tour. LG Frank

    Eine fantastische Tour, sehr einsam. Der Schindelbodengrat ist im Frühjahr stellenweise von trockenem Laub bedeckt, Vorsicht und Trittsicherheit ist geboten, kann rutschig werden. Der Fels ist meist sehr kompakt und griffig. Der Abkürzer von der Forststraße (von Thal kommend) zum Atzsattel ist ziemlich verwachsen. Insgesamt eine grandiose, abwechslungsreiche Tour fernab aller ausgetrampelten Wanderrouten. Danke für diesen Tipp!

    Die erste Hälfte der Tour (im Uhrzeigersinn) von Furth aus zum Kieneck ist landschaftlich wunderschön mit prächtigem Ausblick vom Gaisstein, der Rückweg über den Staffgraben nach Furth zieht sich sehr und ist eigentlich nicht empfehlenswert. Vom Erleben her, wäre es sinnvoller, den Hinweg zum Kieneck am Gaisstein vorbei wieder zurückzugehen.

Nachzulesen mit einigen Bildern hier: https://www.komoot.de/tour/1184573721 - und ich darf anmerken, dass man selbst solche Touren immer vorher auf den div. Wanderportalen sehr gut virtuell gehen kann. So sieht man wirklich immer ziemlich genau wo man gehen muss bzw. soll. Natürlich sind nicht immer von überall Bilder dabei. Aber in den meisten Fällen schon. Ich zB dokumentiere immer (meine Meinung ;-) grad die Wegbeschaffenheit sehr gut. Nicht nur für mich für später mal, sondern auch für andere Wanderbegeisterte ;-)
