Anspruchsvolle Trailrunning-Tour mit einigen Kletterpassagen auf der ersten Hälfte. Start und Ziel ist Mittenwald. Über die Brunnsteinhütte und den Heinrich-Noe-Steig geht es bis hinauf auf den Grat zwischen Südlicher und Nördlicher Linderspitze. Dann weiter zur Bergstation der Karwendelbahn, wo sich der kurze Aufstieg zur westlichen Karwendelspitze (2385 m) lohnt. Anschließend zurück zur Bergstation Karwendelbahn und durch den Tunnel hinüber zur Hinteren Dammkar. Der steile Geröllpfad führt zur Dammkar-Hütte. Von dort weiter auf Singletrails zur Hochlandhütte. Anschließend folgt der nicht zu unterschätzende Aufstieg zum Wörner-Sattel (1980 m). Die Anstrengung wird mit grandiosen Ausblicken auf dem Grat belohnt. Der Abstieg ist zunächst etwas nervig, da das Geröll kaum Halt bietet. Danach dann aber herrliche Singletrails auf dem Weg zur Vereineralm und auf dem Jägersteig.
