Trail runs in the Eifel

Crisp three-way circular trail through the Naturpark Südeifel and the Naturwanderpark delux. Along the way on the German Luxembourgish Rock Trail, the Matthiasweg and the Jakobsweg.

Version 05/2023 The approximately 34-kilometer-long Nette-Natur-Weg leads from Mayen to Weißenthurm. Slightly modified and more beautiful version than the original route (more singletrail sections) Route change: Along the Nette between Ochtendung and Plaidt, it continues along the beautiful Nette and no longer through the town center of Ochtendung

From Kordel via the Eifelsteig to the hiking car park "Burg Ramstein", then continue on the Roman path past the three waterfalls and the Roman copper mine to Burg Ramstein and back to Kordel.

The Struffelt Route is just a few kilometers from my workplace and offers everything you want from a tour: a high proportion of trails, water, streams, heathland, wooden footbridges – and above all peace.

Starting coordinates 50.947509, 6.436462 Trail route on the Sophienhöhe starting point in Jülich-Güsten. Beautiful, partly very steep route that requires some stamina. However, the last 5 km are rewarded with a steady downhill. Incredibly beautiful and varied landscape.
