From the start at the town square over the Auberg and the Seehuberweg to the Traun. Here turn right and follow the western bank of the Traun to the Haslacher pedestrian bridge. Now left over the bridge and continue south on the eastern side of the Traun. Shortly before Siegsdorf, cross the pedestrian bridge at the swimming pool over the Traun and downstream on its left side back north to the Empfinger bridge. After passing under the bridge, slightly left onto the asphalt road, which soon turns back into a natural path that briefly ascends steeply via stairs to the Traun high bank. Here a small loop to the B304 and run to the Panzerstraße. Down the Panzerstraße to the Traun and in a right curve on the western side of the Traun back into the city and via Seehuberweg and Auberg to the honorary lap around the parish church and to the finish.
