The route starts at the Archaeological Theme Park. Here you can see reconstructions of a Bronze Age and an Iron Age building, and you can enter the buildings. The nature trail leaves the village and ascends along a forest path marked with the K+ sign up to the Saint Vitus Chapel. On the bordering signs along the way, you can read information about different historical periods.
There was a smaller settlement on the hill already in the Bronze Age; its terraces can be found around the chapel. Later, lively life continued here: in Roman times, a watchtower built to protect the aqueducts leading to Savaria stood on the hill, and today, the chapel built in the 18th century is found in the forest.
