From Brugghof in Sand in Taufers, the route first goes to Bruneck and then over Pfalzen and Terenten to Mühlbach and Sterzing. Over the 2214 meter high Penserjoch and Sarnthein, the biker reaches Bolzano. In a small loop over Kaltern and Leifers, you ride back over Bolzano and then continue over Klausen, Mühlbach, and St. Lorenzen back to the starting point in Sand in Taufers.
