The route passes through Zuce, Vrčin, and Zaklopača before arriving in Gročka.
This region forms part of the wider Šumadija area, where villages traditionally developed along the routes linking Belgrade with the Morava valley to the south. As the trail approaches the Danube once more, the terrain opens toward the broad river plain.
The stage ends in Gročka, an old riverside settlement overlooking the Danube, known for its fruit-growing tradition and its position along the historic road leading eastward from Belgrade.
Author’s recommendation
