WARNINGS about the use of the contents of the Azimut project:
The trail network is very large and subject to rapid and unpredictable degradation due to natural or human causes, so the available human and economic resources are insufficient to resolve all issues in real time, however the network exists although it may sometimes present difficulties in passability and/or orientation. Also, electronic GPS routes may contain errors due to the devices used or the measurement or tracking methods, they should be considered an aid for locating the route and navigation and do not replace the topographic map and traditional orientation tools. For these reasons the public information activities, monitoring, maintenance of the trails and signage by volunteers coordinated by CAI of Macerata do not exclude the existence of natural obstacles and difficulties nor the risks connected to visiting the natural environment and anyone undertaking a route/itinerary even if signposted, does so under their own responsibility to know and control the means used, to wear appropriate clothing, to have managed the necessary athletic preparation, to be aware of orientation techniques, reading of the territory and maps, to be able to recognize and assess the risks of their behavior and the precautions to mitigate their effects.
