Delicious and inventive dishes made from fresh ingredients of the best quality are lovingly prepared in the kitchen of the hut. Gourmet dishes, traditional South Tyrolean dishes and typical Ladin dishes spoil the guests. The bar of the hut is ideal for an aperitif in the evening sun and for hours with friends in fantastic atmosphere. A special highlight is the wine cellar with over 1,000 South Tyrolean, Italian and international wines - Ütia Bioch is the winner of the South Tyrolean Wine Culture Award 2021!
In winter, the Bioch hut is perfect for an evening aperitif, because you can ski directly into the valley to Corvara, St. Kassian and La Villa without having to use a lift. So you can take your time and enjoy the evening!
