Idyllic walk around Pfaffenhalde to Frauenkau. Exhaust yourself at the Schloss-Aktiv-Park on the way back included.
At the sports fields, follow the nature experience trail past the Schloss-Aktiv-Park and the castle pond. Along the edge of the forest, the path leads above the outdoor natural pool Bad Clevers to the viewpoint with the telescope. Down the meadow and over the Zeller Brook. Here you can take your first break. On the further path, you pass a fish pond and cross the Zeller Brook again. After a short wooded section, you return to the Schloss-Aktiv-Park with the opportunity for some exercises.

From the starting point, follow the nature experience trail past the Schloss-Aktiv-Park, through the residential area, where at the end of Steinbacher Weg you turn right and follow the path along the forest edge. At station 7/8 with the telescopes, the path then leads down the meadow and over the Zeller Brook. At the next station, keep left and follow the path to Frauenkau. In front of the houses, the path forks at a barn, here keep left (do not take the small climb!). You meet Nordic Walking Route 4 and follow it downhill towards the forest edge. You cross a small brook at an idyllic meadow. Now you enter a light forest. Follow the path until a signpost leads to the Pfaffenhalde circular trail. At pillar no. 23 of the nature experience trail, walk left uphill and stay on the nature experience trail, which leads back to the Schloss-Aktiv-Park. Here you have the opportunity for some strengthening and stability exercises. Afterwards, you can refresh yourself at the Kneipp wading pool at the castle pond or return directly to the parking lot.

Directions
Highway A7, exit Bad Grönenbach. Follow the road to Bad Grönenbach, take the second exit at the roundabout and follow Bahnhofstraße until just before Feneberg, here turn left into Marktstraße. At the next junction, follow Rothensteiner Straße (direction Rothenstein/Legau) to parking lot P5 on the right next to the sports stadium. This is the starting point of the hike.Parking
