WARNINGS on the use of the contents of the Azimut project:
The extent of the trails in this network is very large and subject to rapid and unpredictable degradation due to natural or anthropogenic causes, so the available human and economic resources are insufficient to solve all critical issues in real time, however the network exists although sometimes it may present problems of walkability and/or orientation. In addition, electronic GPS routes may contain errors due to the tools used or the way they are surveyed or plotted; they are to be considered as an aid for route location and navigation and are not a substitute for topographic maps and traditional orientation tools. For these reasons, the exercise of public information activities, monitoring, maintenance of trails and signage by volunteers coordinated by the CAI of Macerata, does not exclude the existence of obstacles and natural difficulties nor the risks associated with frequenting the natural environment, and anyone who undertakes a route/itinerary even if it is marked, does so on his own responsibility to know and know how to control the adopted means, to wear appropriate clothing, to have taken care of the necessary athletic training, to be familiar with the techniques of orientation, reading the territory and maps, to be able to recognize and evaluate the risks of his own behavior and the precautions to mitigate their effects.
