This flow trail promises pure bike fun. From Kreuzboden, the Trift flow trail snakes through the alpine landscape between Kreuzboden and Triftalp.
The Trift flow trail starts at Kreuzboden and leads over alpine meadows, young larch forests, and literally over roots and rocks down to the Triftalp. The trail crosses the field path and hiking trail and also crosses the young Triftbach twice. Constant companions on this route are the view of the Mischabel range, with the mighty 4000-meter peaks of the Saastal, the alpine sounds of cowbells and marmot whistles, as well as the adrenaline and anticipation of the next highlight around the corner.
Once at the Triftalp, there are four options:
1. The Trift intermediate station is open from early June to late October.
2. Continue via the Furwald singletrail to Saas-Grund.
3. Ride up to Kreuzboden.
4. Descend via the field path to Saas-Grund.

Roadbook
The start of the trail is located behind the Kreuzboden mountain restaurant and the small wooden hut of the ski school. The first curves lead under the restaurant terrace onto the alpine meadows. The flow trail then crosses the hiking trail and the field path several times. After the slope, it goes over the field path via the bridge to the edge of the ski slope. The trail turns right and from here it leads over the alpine meadows/ski slope, small woods, and various surfaces up to just before the Triftalp. After the second wooden bridge, the trail leads along the irrigation channel to the field path above the Triftalp.
For the descent via the Furwald singletrail to Saas-Grund or the ascent to Kreuzboden, turn left; for the descent to the Trift intermediate station and Saas-Grund via the field path, the trail continues down to the right.
