The circular route "Sickinger Mühlentäler" connects the wooded valleys with the cultivated heights of the Sickinger Mühlenland.
The 42-kilometer circular route passes many highlights of the formerly busy milling activity. Beautiful panoramic views over the Sickinger heights are offered, and the quiet, wooded valleys invite you to rest. The well-developed route mainly runs over forest and agricultural roads and is suitable for numerous bike types.
Always behave cautiously, kindly, and considerately towards everyone you meet along the way.
Take care of nature, do not destroy any plants, and always stay on the paths. Try to avoid excessive noise and leave the forest before dusk.
Remember to bring a garbage bag for the way and take your waste back home.
Please keep your dog on a leash at all times. Other visitors and animals will thank you.
Observe all path closures for your own safety, including on weekends.
Park only in designated parking spaces. Make room for emergency vehicles and agricultural machinery.
Give priority to agricultural and forestry traffic.

Roadbook
From the Thaleischweiler-Fröschen train station, follow the Pirminius cycle path westward towards Rieschweiler-Mühlbach. At the Faustermühle, turn onto the Sickinger Mühlenradweg and follow the signs north to Wallhalben. After about five kilometers, a first stop is possible at the Kneispermühle. In Wallhalben, continue following the signs northeast towards Hettenhausen. Pass the Neumühle on the way to Kirchenarnbach. After the Käfer bakery, the cycle path leads right up towards Maria Bildeich. The pilgrimage chapel is reached after about one kilometer. Continue uphill to Weselberg. Then continue down the Sickinger Mühlenradweg into the Odenbach valley, to the country hotel Weihermühle and the small mill. Follow the access road to Wallhalbe and continue back along the Wallhalb valley to Thaleischweiler-Fröschen, the starting point.
