    Wie beschrieben, ein Gipfelkreuz haben wir nicht gefunden, die Madonna war da. Herrliche Aussicht und wenig los. Auf dem Weg zum Hauptgipfel und zum Wilden Pfaff haben wir über 50 Personen gezählt. Es hat sich in jedem Fall gelohnt. Zum Schluss muss man gut hinfassen, ist aber kein Problem. Am Gipfelplateau ist wirklich sehr wenig Platz. Bei Schnee kann es dort sehr rutschig sein.

    Ich mach die Tour jedes Jahr gerne zum Einstieg gerne. Bei Skibetrieb nicht so lustig, aber wenn genügend Schnee liegt, kann man gut abseits der Piste laufen. Von Gipfel hat man eine tolle Sicht. Ich würde die Skitour eher als leicht einstufen, da man jederzeit abfellen kann und auf der Piste abfahren kann. Nur auf dem Weg zum Gipfel ist trittsicherheit gefragt.

    Wir machten eine Überschreitung des Wilden Pfaff vom Wilden Freiger aus und stiegen den Grat vom Pfaffennieder zum Gipfel auf. Sehr schöner Grat mit ein paar herausfordernden Stellen. Abfahrt vom Pfaff dann etwas flach, aber ok. Aufstieg zum Schaufelspitz dann leider schon im Skigebiet, aber trotzdem mit schönem Rundumblick. Abfahrt im Skigebiet im Frühjahr sehr erleichternd wenn man lange unterwegs war.

    Schön auch die Rundtour im Uhrzeigersinn von der Timmelsalm durch das lange Tal auf den Hinteren Kitzkogel. Vom Gipfel kurzer Abstieg auf den Sattel zur Einfahrt in den westl. Scheiblehnferner. Auf einer Höhe von ca. 2800 hm Aufstieg vom Norden auf den Scheiblehnkogel. Dann über den Grat abklettern in den Sattel und über die Rinne abfahren. Vom Ausgangspunkt Timmelsjochstrasse ca. 1650 hm.
