Many hills build the landscape around Paljakka Center. Here from the viewpoint along the way of Maisemareitti - Scenic hiking route you will enjoy the magnificent scenery in all its splendor. The view opens to the west towards Taivasvaara hill and to Small and Large Hepovaara in the northwest .
The ski slopes of Paljakka are part of Latvavaara hill. During high winter season, the Paljakka Bistro serves at the foot of the slopes.
There are other longer and shorter hiking trails in the forests and hills surrounding Latvavaara and Paljakka Center.
