An einer ehemaligen Weggabelung, die Gumpeltshofen mit Menelzhofen, Beuren mit Sommersbach verband, steht mitten im Wald ein Bildstock aus Holz. Die Darstellung von Maria und Bernadette in der Grotte von Lourdes verweist auf die Entstehungszeit im 19. Jahrhundert.
