Le moulin de Mélogne, bâti en 1495, fonctionnera jusqu’à la guerre de 14-18, puis, un incendie, juste après la dernière guerre, le condamnera définitivement.
Stationnement obligatoire sur le parking de l'aire de pique-nique a la sortie d'Hauteville, (stationnement interdit dans le hameau de Mélogne). Depuis le parking, à une dizaine de mètres en direction de Cormaranche, traversez la RD8 pour accéder au chemin du départ des itinéraires VTT. Au croisement sur zone de pelouse sèche, prenez le chemin de droite qui vous guidera au pied de la cascade.
