The Watchtower, a tower in the midst of the vineyards with a fantastic view of the Donnersberg and the Odenwald.
Nestled amidst the vineyards stands the Watchtower of Albisheim on the Wingertsberg. The tower dates back to the 15th or 16th century and served as a lookout tower for the residents of Albisheim. Today, it is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike, who wish to enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zellertal. On a clear day, you can see all the way to the Rhine Valley, Donnersberg, and the Odenwald. Picnic benches invite you to linger.
