The Amalienruhe, an idyllic vantage point on the shores of Lake Schluchsee, enchants with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake.
Back in the days when tourism at Schluchsee was still in its infancy, a romantic "Bellevue Pavilion" was built on this characteristic rocky outcrop. The Amalienruhe is located directly on the circular lake trail and rewards all hikers and walkers with an impressive panoramic view of a wonderfully harmonious Black Forest landscape.
The Amalienruhe is easily accessible by wheelchair.
