The legendary landscape of the Dahner Felsenland in Rhineland-Palatinate, right on the border with France / Northern Alsace, is one of the most interesting, romantic and mysterious regions in Europe. Bizarre rock giants made of red sandstone and mighty rock castles, around which myths, sagas and legends entwine, shape the image of this landscape in the border-crossing Palatinate Forest / Northern Vosges biosphere reserve.
