Seit dem 16.06.2018 hat die neue Tourist Information in Neuenburg am Rhein, im Gebäude Rathausplatz 6 geöffnet.
Mit über 100.000 Übernachtungen pro Jahr und in Hinblick auf die kommende Landesgartenschau 2022 war es erforderlich die bislang fehlende eigenständige Anlaufstelle in zentraler Lage zu schaffen.
Die neuen, freundlichen, hellen Räumlichkeiten sind nur ein Katzensprung vom Rathaus entfernt.
Durch die Auslagerung soll die Informationsstelle für Touristen auf den ersten Blick erkenntlich sein und einen direkten Zugang für eine Beratung geboten werden.
In der neuen Touristeninformation erhalten Gäste weiterhin Auskünfte über Neuenburg am Rhein im Allgemeinen, Übernachtungs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten, Fahrrad- und Wanderstrecken, Sehenswertes im Dreiländereck sowie kulturelle Veranstaltungen.
