Die Kanisfluh gilt als der schönste Berg im Bregenzerwald. Wuchtig überragt die "Wälderburg" als breite Felsflucht den flachen Talboden der Ache, präsentiert sich dagegen von der Schmalseite als kühn geschwungener Felsgrat. Hier oben zu stehen ist ein echter Genuss, der zudem verhältnismäßig einfach auf einem zwar steilen, aber harmlosen Bergsteig erreicht werden kann.
