Im Rittenhardt auf der Gemarkungsgrenze zwischen Stein und Bretten befindet sich die Hungerquelle. Vermutlich hat die Quelle ihren namen von der tatsache, dass nur alle 7 bis 8 Jahre die Quelle eine Wasserschüttung hat.
