With around 196 mg calcium, 9.7 mg magnesium and over 600 mg hydrogen carbonate per kilogram of water, the spring water has a characteristic mineral composition. The high proportion of free carbon dioxide gives it its typical freshness. In total, the water contains over 2,300 mg of dissolved substances per kilogram - a clear indication of its mineral-rich origin.
There is a lovingly designed Kneipp facility with a water treading pool and a barefoot path right next to the acidulous fountain. Here you can experience the invigorating effect of water according to the principles of Sebastian Kneipp. The barefoot path completes the offer and allows you to consciously feel different natural materials.
The combination of healing spring, Kneipp basin and natural surroundings makes the Sauerbrunnen a popular destination for walkers, health-conscious people and anyone looking for a little break in the countryside.
