Grüne Lunge der Festungsstadt Saarlouis

Der Stadtgarten stellt das grüne Portal zur Stadt dar. Einheimische und Gäste finden hier am Saaraltarm ein verzweigtes Wegenetz mit fünf Kilometer langem Uferweg und Resten der der Innenstadt vorgelagerten Festungsteile, die von der Schleifung der Festung im Jahr 1889 verschont blieben.
