Alpe-Adria-Trail

Der zwischen Rappitsch und dem Tauernteich gelegene Schluchtweg besitzt eine Länge von ca. 2 Kilometern. Die Schlucht wechselt ihr Erscheinungsbild immer wieder zwischen engen Bereichen, in denen der Bach kaskadenartig über Steinblöcke rauscht und Flachstücke, in denen sich der Bach mäandrierend um Bäume und Steinblöcke schlängelt. Zahlreiche Ruinen entlang des Baches zeugen von der historischen Nutzung der Schlucht als Mühlenstandort.

Der Tourismusverband Ossiach plant zur Attraktivierung des Schluchtweges die Wiedererichtung einer oder mehrerer Schaumühlen.
