V historickém sklepení nabízí Telčský dům místní legendy v podobě pohádkových figurek. Renesanční dům také vypráví spoustu pověstí z regionu.
Na rohu náměstí v Telči se nachází jeden z měšťanských domů. Návštěvníci se tam ocitnou ve světě legend, skřítků a historických příběhů, které osobitým způsobem ztvárnili umělci Anna Hanzlová st., její dcera a Julek Žembery. Keramické postavy jsou instalovány v monumentálním sklepení se studánkou. Některé části domu jsou datovány až do doby románské. V přilehlém klenutém sklepení jsou dvířka, kterými mohou lidé nahlédnout do telčského podzemí.
V další části domu se zájemci seznámí s průběhem rekonstrukce a s předměty, které byly v domě objeveny. Keramickými nástěnnými příběhy provází skřítek Telčák. V patře je potom velká herna s modely vláčků a železnic, malými domečky a hlavolamy.
