A permanent space dedicated to the painter Giovanni Segantini, with intriguing interactive stations. Don’t miss the 17th-century architecture of Palazzo Panni.
Housed in Palazzo dei Panni —built by Giovambattista d’Arco near the end of the 17th century — Galleria Civica Giovanni Segantini is dedicated to the divisionist painter born in Arco in 1858. One part offers a traditional itinerary with paintings, graphic works and historic documents, while a more interactive part, the Segantini Map, allows visitors to see all the public collections around the world in possession of his works, browsing the websites of these museums and enjoying full-screen renderings of the artist’s masterpieces.
