The Fisherman's House in Leimersheim looks back on 250 years of village history.

The inscription on a corner beam of the fisherman's house reveals that the house was built in 1731 by a Hans Georg Becker and his wife Margaretha.

Many furnishings are preserved in their original condition. The restored oven is still used today during festivals for baking bread, just like in the old days.
