Im Winter ist das Nassfeld als größtes Skigebiet Kärntens über die landesgrenzen hinaus bekannt. Im Sommer ist der Bergpass über das Nassfeld eine beliebte Tour bei Rennradfahrern. Der Pass verbindet Pontebba in Italien mit Hermagor in Kärnten.
