Bunker v BretkePhoto: Gotická cesta, Gotická cesta
Objekty ľahkého opevnenia vz. 37 (takzvané ROPíky) z roku 1938 boli určené pre bočné paľby dvoch guľometov v strieľňach, krytých z pohľadu nepriateľa charakteristickými „ušami“.
Posádku malo tvoriť 7 mužov. Ani jeden z týchto bunkrov sa v roku 1938 nedostal do bojového stretu.
Bunker v Bretke, so svojím výhodným postavením nad obcou, využila na prelome rokov 1944/1945 ustupujúca nemecká armáda v boji proti postupujúcej ruskej armáde. Boje v okolí sa podpísali aj na samotnom bunkri, ktorý zasiahla raketa z legendárnej ruskej zbrane - „Kaťuše“. Aktuálne je bunker v Bretke ponechaný svojmu osudu. Bunker v Jesenskom obnovuje partia dobrovoľných nadšencov.
