The Mariaberg Monastery in Rorschach is one of the most significant historic buildings in Eastern Switzerland and is considered the most impressive late-Gothic monastery complex in Switzerland.

Behind the impressive monastery complex lies an extraordinary story of vision, power, politics, and a construction project that left a lasting mark on the region.
