Mlyn s náhonom sa nachádza v obci Predajná (ulica Bečov 109) a majiteľom je Ondrej Čipka. Je súčasťou historickej zástavby obce, zachovaná vo svojej hmote, pôdoryse a pôdorysnom členení a s konštrukciami, vykazujúcimi vysokú mieru autenticity.
Viacpodlažný vodný mlyn je národná kultúrna pamiatka, ktorej základy siahajú do 18. storočia. Umožňuje prehliadky pôvodných priestorov mlyna z 19. storočia a kompletne zachovaného technologického zariadenia (priemyselne vyrobené mlynské stroje od rôznych výrobcov). Technologické zariadenie je ojedinelým, kompletne zachovaným zariadením mlyna na Slovensku.
V záhrade pri vodnom mlyne je možnosť kempovania (projekt Humnokemp - informácie na www.humnokemp.sk/h/vodny-mlyn-v-predajnej).
Opening times
Mlyn je možné navštíviť takmer kedykoľvek - po dohode s majiteľom Ondrejom Čipkom.
