Der Gutenbergplatz ist ein beliebter Platz in der Karlsruher Weststadt mit zahlreichen Geschäften und Gaststätten. Jeden Dienstag, Donnerstag und Samstags ab 07:30 Uhr findet der älteste und schönste Karlsruher Wochenmarkt dort statt. Der Platz lädt zum Kaffee trinken und Verweilen ein. Hingucker sind außerdem der Krautkopf- und der Pelikanbrunnen.

Im Sommer wird der Gutenbergplatz regelrecht zu einem großen "Biergarten" der ansässigen Gaststätten, Cafes und Kneipen und bietet mit seiner mediterranen Atmosphäre inmitten alter Bürgerhäuser und großen Bäumen ein "Stück Urlaub".

Jedes Jahr findet dort auch ein kleines Fest, das Lindenblütenfest statt.
