Az oldalról derékmagasságig zárt, ezért szélvédett esőházban padok és asztalok állnak, de a kavicsos padlón többen is elfekhetnek. WC nincs a helyszínen. Kápolnapusztán szivárog a Vörösmarty-forrás, de kifolyócsöve nincs, vizéből nem javasolt inni.
A pihenőhely mögött ösvény vezet fel a Gánti-barlanghoz, illetve a fölötte lévő kilátópontra.
