Lej da las Collinas

The trail to the Lej da las Collinas was created by a school class on behalf of the Diavolezza mountain railway. The descent is tough, with around 900 metres of altitude difference.
From the Diavolezza mountain station, the trail leads directly up to the chairlift terminus. The trail runs alongside the chair lift, descends over rocky sections, continues along the side of the Munt Pers and then reaches the Lej da Diavolezza.
After a bend, the trail branches off towards the crest of the Senda Diavel and climbs a few metres again to the Lejs da las Collinas.
The area between the Collinas and Pers lakes is a heathland with a varied and rare flora and fauna. It is worth stopping here to enjoy a unique view.
The return route leads through beautiful alpine rose bushes, past Lej Pers and on to the Diavolezza valley station. With a bit of luck you will also spot some chamois.
In some parts of the hike, surefootedness is required.
