With its variety of fine species, this lake 416 meters above sea level is a fishermen's paradise.
Terlago's is a unique, olive-brown body of water. This happens because it hosts a rich and varied flora, a characteristic that makes it the most productive lake ecosystem in Trentino, as well as a real paradise for anglers, who come here for its many and precious species of fish: pike, trout, carp, tench, cavedano. A place rich in life but also in history: according to archaeological evidence, it has been inhabited since Paleolithic times. Also perfect for a walk, thanks to the construction, along its perimeter, of a path accessible to all.
In 2026 (together with Lake Tenno and Lamar Lakes), Lake Terlago was awarded (again!) the Blue Flag: an international recognition that rewards water quality, environmental care and services offered to those looking for a relaxing break on the beach.
