Im 18 Jahrhundert entstand ein Gutshof mit weitläufigen Wiesen-, Weide- und Ackerflächen umbauen. In diesen Zeiten wurden die Namen "Neuhäuserhof" und "Neuhauserhof" benutzt. Zum Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts wurden die Gebäude Sitz der Forstverwaltung (bis 1991).
