Als Projekt der Stadt Ehingen ist hier in Partnerschaft mit den Bürgern der Ehinger Alb und der Lokalen Agenda Biosphärengebiet ein Zentrum der besonderen Art entstanden. Schon die architektonische Gestaltung macht auf die nicht alltäglichen Inhalte aufmerksam. So werden hier als Ergänzung zum „Besinnungsweg“ die Themenschwerpunkte „Spiritualität und Besinnung“ dargestellt. Ebenso können sich die Besucher auch über das Biosphärengebiet Schwäbische Alb im Ganzen informieren.
Ein besonderer Blickfang erwartete die Besucher gleich am Eingang. Die aus Kernbuche bestehende mobile Theke, die von einem Team Ehrenamtlicher geschreinert wurde, ist ein echter Blickfang.
