In the Kaiserbach Valley lies Waldhambach at the foot of the Madenburg ruins, which is a popular hiking destination in the region.

The village is an ideal starting point for extensive hikes in the Palatinate Forest and along the Wine Route, particularly on the quality hiking trail Palatinate Weinsteig. Waldhambach offers a campsite of the Diocese of Speyer for children and youth groups.
