On April 21, 1861, the Palatinate Gymnastics Association was founded in the Villa Denis.
The Villa Denis is located in the Diemersteiner Valley of the local community Frankenstein. The TU and the community cooperate with each other in many ways.
The Villa Denis was purchased by the Foundation for the TU Kaiserslautern at the end of 2006. It is primarily available to the university, the research institutions and the donors as a conference center. At the same time, a cultural meeting place is to be created, offering space for exhibitions and concerts. For example, Villa Musica concerts are held regularly at Villa Denis.

Service Offer and Activity Package
We want you to be able to focus on the essentials during the preparation of your conference. That’s why we offer an extended service that is meant to relieve you in organizing and conducting your event.
Of course, you still have the option to take care of everything yourself, and we provide only the rooms, conference beverages, and equipment.
If you wish to hire your own caterer or cook yourself, that is possible.
In addition to the new break service offerings, we have also included conference packages. Here, the costs for kitchen usage are waived. (All prices are subject to statutory VAT.)
